ABOUT OUR STUDIO

The heart of our intention at MIMI RIEGER || YOGA is being cared for, supported, inspired and SEEN. It truly is the pulse of our studio. Our classes are live, both online and in-person, and we thrive on connecting with our students. We are committed to encouraging a unique, integrative, energetic exchange between student and teacher. 

A yoga or meditation setup includes a grey cushioned mat, two cork yoga blocks, a black adjustable strap with a red and white logo, a singing bowl with a red mallet, a beaded bracelet or mala, and candles with a brick wall and potted plant in the background.

Find Mimi and the MRY Teaching Team at our studio location and home space in Reformation Fitness in Washington, DC’s vibrant Shaw neighborhood.

Located at 1218 9th St NW, just across the Washington Convention Center, this beautiful space inside the Reformation building is in the heart of the city, two blocks from the Green/Yellow line Metro station.

In addition, our in-person classes include a live-stream hybrid format so that you can practice with us from anywhere in the world.
