Abby Stubblefield
Abby discovered yoga in 2016, beginning with a self-practice that offered grounding, clarity, and a sense of refuge. Through consistent movement and breath, yoga became a meditative ritual, deepening her awareness and fostering a more meaningful relationship with both her inner self and the outer world.
Abby completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2026. Her teaching is rooted in Ashtanga and Vinyasa methodologies. Abby’s classes are designed to invite surrender, build strength, and cultivate confidence, while encouraging students to move with purpose and presence. As a teacher, Abby strives to hold a supportive, open space where students can explore their practice and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected in their bodies and in the world.
