MRY and Flow will remain two separate, independently operated businesses, while sharing space and expanding opportunities for our communities to practice together.

The MRY studio operations, class registration, membership and our awesome MRY vibe will stay exactly the same but in 2 larger studio spaces with lots of room to practice well, hang out and be in community!

Our new MRY x FYC collaboration will boast a 60+ class schedule to practice with your favorite MRY teachers and classes AND expand your practice and knowledge with the wonderful Flow Yoga Center teachers and formats!

Thank you all so much for your patience as Mimi and the studio team navigate this transition. We are delighted to welcome you to our new studio home conveniently located in the Logan Circle neighborhood, just 4 short blocks from our existing studio location!

The Information YOU Want to Know

    • The last day of MRY classes at our current location will be Saturday, August 29th. MRY will be moving out of our existing space on August 29th.

    • We plan to start operating our classes on Monday, August 31st with Mimi 4:30pm & 5:30pm! Come help us celebrate and practice!

    • Flow Yoga Center is conveniently located roughly 4 blocks away in the Logan Circle neighborhood, with two locations on near the intersection of 14th & P St NW.

    • All existing MRY Members (Founding MRY Members) will keep their current rates and member perks for the lifetime of their membership. With our new MRY x FYC activation, all students will enjoy a 60+ class schedule!

    • New Flagship Membership opportunities and specials will run throughout August before the move, encouraging new students or previous students to join at a reduced rate before the new pricing begins in early September. Please encourage your non-member friends to join as a Flagship MRY Member for $130 per month before prices increase to $149.

  • All class registration processes will stay exactly the same through the MIMI RIEGER | YOGA website. Students will register through Mindbody, Classpass, or Well Hub, and all revenue streams for MRY classes and existing and new memberships will stay the same!

  • The new MRY x FYC activation will offer a robust 60+ classes per week, featuring MRY signature classes and teachers, plus additional opportunities to practice at different times with new teachers including Infrared Hot Power Yoga with Mimi.

    As an MRY member, you’ll receive priority access to MRY signature classes and early registration to help secure your spot.

  • The goal is to open Flow Yoga x MRY on Monday, August 31st with Mimi’s 4:30pm Power Express & 5:30pm Power & Grace and continue class operations all week. The full 60+class schedule will roll out on Tuesday, September 8th after the Labor Day Holiday.

  • Yes! Our MRY online platform will continue to be offered to MRY members!

    There might be shift in the online registration process but we will contact you with updated information soon.

    • Our sublease is expiring, and Reformation needs our space for reformer Pilates teacher trainings.
