Kristen Giles
Kristen Giles is a Washington, DC–based yoga teacher who blends strength and softness into every class. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Mimi Rieger, where she deepened her love for intentional sequencing, breath-led movement, and energetic alignment.
Kristen began cultivating a consistent practice in 2023 after discovering how yoga invited her into deeper awareness and grounded presence. Her teaching is inspired by the balance between structure and surrender, discipline and ease.
In Kristen’s classes, you’ll find steady flows rooted in Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga, with space to explore intuitive movement. She creates warm, welcoming spaces for students to reconnect with themselves and return to center.
