Casey Simmons
Casey strives to create a welcoming and joyful space for students to explore, challenge themselves, and have fun. She teaches to share the physical, mental, and emotional benefits that yoga has brought her and hopes to support others on their own unique yoga journeys. Her classes are energetic, playful, and judgement-free, with lots of options and encouragement. Casey completed her 200-hour power vinyasa training with Mimi Rieger in 2024.
