Helena Rowe is a Washington DC based yoga teacher who began practicing at a young age, inspired by her mother, who was a yoga teacher at her preschool. That early curiosity grew into a deep devotion to the practice, guiding her toward teaching as a way to share yoga’s gifts both on and off the mat. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Mimi Rieger, graduating in 2026.
