Sarah Cope
Sarah Cope (RYT-200) has been a longtime athlete and lover of movement. She is dedicated to making health and wellness accessible and enjoyable for her students. She grounds her practice and teaching in human anatomy and physiology, drawing influence from the Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Hatha yoga lineages. Her class style blends fluid motion with holding challenging postures to help students work up a sweat and calm their minds, paying homage to yoga’s spiritual and physical aspects. She completed her teacher training in 2023.
