Tricia Murray
Tricia Murray is a Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), Sound Healer, and Meditation & Breathwork Teacher. She's all about helping people connect their body, mind, and spirit through mindful movement and breath.
Tricia teaches a variety of formats including Vinyasa, Power Flow, Mobility Flow, Yin and Pilates. She brings a passion for functional movement to her classes, drawing from her own active lifestyle of cycling, hiking, and lifting weights. With over 10 years of teaching experience, her training includes a 200-hour (Empowered Yoga in Delaware) and a 300-hour certification (Down Under School of Yoga in Boston, MA), along with Breath & Meditation Teacher Training, and she is a Reiki Master.
