Theresa Lou

Theresa’s yoga practice began in 2014 as a way to create space—both physically and mentally—and reconnect with calm and presence. Over time, it evolved into a deeper practice rooted in mental clarity, inner peace, and mindful movement.

Her teaching is grounded in alignment-focused vinyasa and power yoga, emphasizing intentional sequencing, accessible cueing, and a sustainable approach to practice.

Theresa creates a space that is safe, joyful, and empowering, inviting students to step out of their minds and into their bodies. Her classes are designed to feel like a reset, encouraging students to take what they need and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected, both on and off the mat.
