Cancellation Policy
Refunds: Payments (less the $1,000 deposit) are refundable until December 31, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
Transfers: You may transfer your deposit or full reservation to another person if you notify Mimi Rieger Yoga at least 30 days in advance.
Balance Due: If you have placed a deposit, your remaining balance is due by December 31, 2025. Early bird ($200 off full retreat price when paid in full) deadline is November 1, 2025.
Venue Policy: Due to commitments with our venue, no exceptions can be made to this cancellation policy.
Waiver Requirement: All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver to join the trip.
Trip Cancellation by Organizer: Mimi Rieger Yoga reserves the right to cancel the retreat prior to departure due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., acts of God, war, strikes, natural disasters, etc.). In such cases, all payments (minus the deposit) will be refunded, and Mimi Rieger Yoga will have no further liability.

PUREFITNESSDC, LLC (DBA Mimi Rieger Yoga) must make substantial payments to suppliers (including providers of land travel) far in advance of the scheduled date on which we embark. If a trip is canceled due to forces beyond our control (acts of God, war, labor strikes, earthquake, flooding, etc.), PUREFITNESSDC, LLC (DBA Mimi Rieger Yoga) will promptly offer a reschedule of the retreat and / or refund the portion of the trip cost not advanced to suppliers. PUREFITNESSDC, LLC (DBA Mimi Rieger Yoga) will use its best efforts to recover advance payments as promptly as possible, and will refund to you the amount recovered. However, PUREFITNESSDC, LLC (DBA Mimi Rieger Yoga) does not guarantee recovery of any or all of the advance payments made, and our use of best efforts to recover these payments will not include the institution of any legal proceeding in foreign lands.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. As we all know, we do not register with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen. Purchasing travel cancellation insurance, dependent on the policy and conditions will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance through your travel agent, or visit the following website to compare insurers.
