Michael guides individuals on a path of self-discovery and growth through the practice of yoga. With a focus on grounding, grace, and intensity, his classes are a blend of energizing music and moments of profound stillness.
Together with his students, he embarks on a journey to cultivate inner strength, resilience, and a sense of lightness amidst the complexities of life. Drawing from foundational poses as a starting point, he encourages students to explore their boundaries not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. His classes embody a spirit of fluidity, creativity, and curiosity both on and off the mat.
Michael is certified in Power Vinyasa Yoga (RYT® 200) and a former national champion in Rock ’n’ Roll acrobatic dance. His background in leadership coaching adds depth to his approach, allowing him to support students in their personal growth and transformation through the practice of yoga.
