Anna Kuperstein

Anna teaches with clarity and a lighthearted attitude—encouraging steady progress to cultivate a sustainable practice over time. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner, her classes will help you discover tools to support your personal goals. In every class you can expect creative approaches that invite you to experience familiar poses in new ways. Beyond the physical benefits, Anna believes that the greatest gift of a dedicated yoga practice is a deeper relationship with yourself. 

Anna completed her 200-hour training with Mimi Rieger and Yin Yoga training with Yael Flusberg, and she has studied under Houston-based Sarah Montross since 2017. Her teaching style is influenced by her experience in dance and public speaking.
