Mariah McPherson

Mariah began practicing yoga in 2012 as a way to improve mental & physical health. In 2016 she completed Mimi Rieger’s 200-hour Power of Teaching training and has been teaching ever since. Mariah’s classes are thoughtfully paced with a balance of strong, dynamic flows with calming breathwork and restful poses so you leave feeling energized and refreshed. Aside from yoga, Mariah is also a plant-based health coach and loves to help people create healthy lifestyles.
