  • Simply visit https://www.mimiriegeryoga.com/schedule-a-class and click on “Sign Up” for the class you would like to take. Please be sure to double check that you have schedule the right day & time when signing up for a class. The date and time is listed a number of times throughout the registration process.

  • If you have an account, login and you can manage all of your registered classes there. If you do not have an account look for the confirmation email you received after registering for the class. Inside that email you will see a button with “Change/Cancel Class”.

  • A link to the recorded class will be emailed to all virtual class registrants by the end of the day that the class was taught and is available for 24 hours.

  • To book recurring classes first click on the “Book Recurring” button the Schedule A Class page. Then pick the class and starting date and time that you would like to book recurring. Once you select the time you should see an option to book recurring.

  • Members input their membership account email address in the “Redeem Coupon or Package” box during the class signup process.

  • Members can sign up for any virtual class with the exception to Workshops and Community Classes.

  • Class Pack holders can sign up for any virtual class with the exception to Workshops and Community Classes.

  • Credits do not roll over. If timeliness is a concern consider a Membership for more options and flexibility.

    • VIRTUAL: 10 Class Packs are redeemable 45 days after purchase

    • VIRTUAL: 20 Class Packs are redeemable for 60 days after purchase.

  • Memberships: Customers who have a Membership can cancel anytime before the class starts.

    Class Packs: Customers who used a Class Pack can cancel anytime before the class starts and will automatically receive a credit back to their account balance.

    Drop-Ins: Customers who purchase a Virtual Drop-In can cancel anytime before the class starts and will receive a coupon code for a complimentary virtual class with the equivalent value to the initially scheduled class. This coupon can be used once within a 30 day period. There are no refunds unless the class is canceled or rescheduled by Mimi Rieger Yoga.

    • Cancellation Policy for 24 or more hours before the class: Customers can cancel an “In-Person Class” outside of 24 hours before the class and receive a full refund. Customers can also reschedule during the time period with no penalty for another “In-Person Class” at the same value as the originally scheduled class.

    • Cancellation Policy for 24-12 hours before the class: Customers who cancel between 12-24 hours of the class will receive a coupon code with the equivalent value of the initially scheduled class to use on either an “In-Person Class” or "Virtual Class”.

    • Cancellation within 12-0 Hours before the class: Due to the popular demand and limited capacity of “In-Person Classes” customers who cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled class will not receive a refund.

    • Cancellation Policy for 48 or more hours before the workshop: Customers can cancel outside of 48 hours before the workshop and receive a full refund.

    • Cancellation Policy for 48-24 hours before the Workshop: Customers who cancel between 48-24 hours of the Workshop will receive a coupon code with the equivalent value of the initially scheduled Workshop to use on any available Workshop, “In-Person Class” or Virtual Class.

    • Cancellation within 24 hours before the Workshop: Due to the limited capacity of Workshops, customers who cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled Workshop will not receive a refund. *All customers who have registered for a Workshop and do not cancel will receive a recording that is available for 48 hours after the workshop is over.

    • Members may cancel their membership at anytime. To pause or cancel your membership, visit your account settings. Your changes will be applied to your next payment period. For more information visit - www.mimiriegeryoga.com/terms-of-use

  • All purchases on www.mimiriegeryoga.com are final and non-refundable except when a class, workshop or special event is canceled by Mimi Rieger Yoga. In the case a class or workshop is canceled by Mimi Rieger Yoga, customer will be notified within 24 hours of the class or workshop and receive a full refund within 3-5 days of the canceled class.   • Members may cancel their membership at anytime. To pause or cancel your membership, visit your account settings. Your changes will be applied to your next payment period. Members that have created an account can find the login button on the “Schedule A Class” page. In the top right corner look for Log In. Once logged in customer can see their membership and cancel it there. Once logged in click on “View Products/Packages<<“

  • MRY All-Inclusive Members should create a free MINDBODY account with Mimi Rieger Yoga. If you have purchased your All-Inclusive Membership here on mimiriegeryoga.com, you’ll be set up with complimentary membership on your MINDBODY account so you can book in-person classes on MINDBODY. If your MINDBODY membership access has not yet been set up, please email welcome@mimiriegeryoga.com so we can assist you.
