Coming 2025: 300-Hour Training for Teaching Yoga & Living Life
Led by four long-time teachers, this 300-Hour Program is designed for yoga teachers who are ready to show up fully for their students and walk the path of empowered living. You may feel that your teaching needs inspiration, or that your knowledge base has gaps of information that either wasn’t covered or wasn’t absorbed during previous trainings. It’s natural at some point to feel hungry for MORE. It is only when we remain open to our own process of growth and learning, when we walk through the fire of our own transformation, that we can fully alchemize the nectar and offer it to others.
If you’re ready to feed your heart, brain, and body with new ways of thinking and doing; ready to spark curiosity and re-invigorate your teaching; and prepared to remove the blocks that are keeping you from shining the brightest light you can be, this program is for YOU!
Join Abby, Alicia, Mimi and Yael for a deep dive into new levels of knowledge and experience which will increase your authenticity as a teacher and heighten your presence on and off of your yoga mat. Offered to yoga teachers who are craving the community of a cohort and a platform to share questions, ideas, fears, goals and dreams for further professional growth as a teacher and/or to create space to consider a total life shift.
Advancement cannot be hurried or downloaded. It requires deep commitment to intention, attention, and inquiry. Transformation asks us to live with the uncertainty and faith required to step into the flow of a greater current and remember that path of the Sacred Self. It is with great humility that we invite you to reignite the fire of your practice to realize your highest teaching potential.
BUILDING AN EMPOWERED COMMUNITY
We are building a loving, supportive community of seekers and experienced teachers - holding space to share questions, ideas, fears, goals, and dreams. Together we will break habits, uncover our heart’s truth, and understand the full range and power of the gifts we have to offer the world.
COMMIT TO YOURSELF, YOUR GROWTH, AND YOUR PURPOSE
Join Mimi, Yael, Abby, and Alicia for a deep dive into the science of movement and the art of teaching methodology. Further your professional growth by increasing authenticity as a teacher and maximizing your presence in daily life.
